Hey there!

So this is my first Reminded blog  – it’ll be quick as we are moving location to our new clinic next week so there is much to do…

But just wanted to drop by and say we are exciting about establishing a centrally located, affordable, responsive mental health clinic for our Sunshine Coasters.

There is much need, to reduce waiting lists of public services and respond in a more timely way to people ready for help when they need it.

So that’s what we are building for the Coast.

We can not wait to update you with pics and posts and blogs as we go  – or to eventually meet you if you book in for a session.

We also will be putting together many resources we have written and get some things published, training packages and group work manuals for use in schools but teachers and other professionals, for use at home by parents, for use on smart phones by teens…it’s all in the pipeline and will be ready in good time…

BUT in the meantime, follow us on facebook (remindedmind), on Instagram (@remindedmind) and here, on the website.

We will start with opening the clinic July 1 for individual counselling, and then offering more group work, presentations, training programs and resource in the form of link to great professionals, and in printables we use all the time. Again, all coming…eventually.
