Based in Noosaville, we offer individual movement therapy sessions in a range of class styles. These are inspired by somatic therapy, mindfulness, and incorporate shapes and knowledge found within barre, pilates & functional strength training. These are a complementary offering to counselling sessions with us, to be fully grounded in body and mind restoration. This is our goal.

Offering individual mindfulness movement sessions, our studio offers a healing mind-body modality to release trauma stuck in the body, move through emotions, mindfulness to sit with your thoughts and learn how to be more comfortable doing so, and skills to start or deepen your movement practice at home, in whichever modality you practice elsewhere.
