Mental Health & Wellness

Reminded is a mind health and holistic freedom movement incorporating Reminded Health Clinic in Noosa, Australia, and a range of online platforms from Accredited Mental Health Social Workers Grant and Sally Harvey.

At Reminded Health, we offer a holistic approach to clinical mental health and wellness therapy, where our therapists are experienced in using a range of evidence-based therapies and psychological frameworks, including: CBT, CPT, ACT, FPS, Mindfulness, Psychoanalysis, Neuropsychology and trauma therapies. We are Medicare providers, offering Medicare rebates with a GP referral.

Our therapy focuses on educating clients to understand how their mind works and educating people how to be more in control of their thoughts, emotions and behaviours, by working with their individual mind. This is achieved through simple, practical strategies that thousands of clients have been offered in sessions.

We are highly experienced in breaking suicidality, providing alternatives to self harm and high risk behaviours; restoration of relationships; healing past trauma, and releasing pain and trauma held in the body, mind, emotions and spirit; rewriting negative beliefs and subconscious protective mechanisms; recovery from addiction and mental illness, and supporting people to reduce medication in conjunction with their GP; support to walk through grief and loss; emotional regulation and behavioural modification in children and young people; support for those in the LGBTIQ+ community; coping with change; support for those with mental health diagnosis; and formation of identity.

We also provide clinical supervision, small group workshops, programs, presentations, blogs, articles, webinars and podcasts. We regularly partner with schools, community groups, professionals, workplaces and organisations.

We seek truth to renew minds and remind people who they are and the potential they have to live the life they have always wanted – free from the past hurts that have held them in fear; free from old, unhelpful patterns of behaviour; and free from limiting beliefs that have shaped their identity in an unhelpful way.

Blog

Reminded’s blog is a great resource to support you in your mind health lifestyle. Simple, inspiring reminders of who you are, the freedom and healing that is possible, and truths to teach you how to understand your own mind and choose the beliefs that serve you. The blog posts are longer than our more regular posting on social platforms, and will sync to our podcast topics and youtube channel videos as these are released.

“I didn’t think counselling would work – it hadn’t worked before, so I wondered why this would be any different. I gave it a go as my last chance…
It totally worked hey. It was different – Sally and Grant are really cool – tats and all – and made me feel safe and like they actually care!
They explain things in an easy way and I could start making changes straight away. Six months later, and the things they taught me are still working.
Without sounding too dramatic – Reminded saved my life!”

KERRIE*, HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT

“My six year old was suffering from night terrors, broken sleep and behavioural issues at school and home. Nothing we were trying was helping. He loved going to sessions with Sally. He had fun, learnt some helpful strategies and even I got some encouragement with my parenting. The whole house is different now, and even his school teacher has noticed an improvement.

He isn’t afraid anymore, the cause of the issues was worked out and he is a different boy now.”

BECKA*, MUM

“My wife and I went for marriage counselling, reluctantly, as we didn’t think our marriage could be saved.
We started seeing improvements after the first session, and were challenged to approach things differently, to break unhelpful communication patterns and to undo damage that had been done.
We just celebrated our twelve year anniversary and can see a future for our relationship now. That’s a big change, when four months ago, I had spoken to a Divorce Lawyer!”

BILL*, DEFENCE FORCE PERSONNEL
“I was suffering from depression, anxiety and I even had thoughts of ending my life……. but now my life has improved 100%. I feel so much stronger, knowing who I am and confident in myself, where I know I am able to face whatever life throws at me”
ROSS*, DAD
