Reminded Health policy

We welcome into clinic, all clients, regardless of vaccination status.

We ask all clients to be mindful of other clients and staff within the clinic, as we have a number of immuno-compromised people accessing services from Reminded. As a result, we have tightened our health policy to ensure we are able to remain open and accessible within this changing health climate.

Please read the health policy, received upon booking a session with Reminded.

In summary, we are unable to see any client who has displayed any potential Covid-19 symptoms within the previous 48 hours of your session. Each client will be asked for this information prior to beginning your in clinic session. If you, as the client or parent of a child client, have symptoms which could be Covid-19, please do not attend the clinic, and instead please ask for a telehealth session (phone or video). If any client attempts to attend a session unwell, you will be immediately asked to leave and the session concluded, and the full session fee charged. Please take this seriously, as we each do our due diligence to limit exposure and ensure the safety of our Reminded Health community.

We will always be compliant with the most up to date directives of Qld Health, and will update these policies as necessary. Please remain informed and compliant also, and where unsure, please phone reception prior to your appointment time with any questions you may have.

Please note, our usual 48 hour cancellation policy still applies, as we remain a privately owned family business, and do not receive funding or remuneration outside of attended sessions, so please make any changes to your appointment as early as you need to avoid this fee or to change to a telehealth session instead.

Thank you for respecting our staff and ourselves by being considerate in cooperating with requests from us that we are directed to make. A reminder we have a zero tolerance for aggression or rudeness to staff, and any client who disregards this will be exited from being a client of Reminded. This includes parents or family members of clients.
