Your choice of having one session per week across 5 weeks, one session per fortnight across 10 weeks, or an intensive – book one session a day for 5 days* – also offered in the weekly format as a retreat – ask us for more information when enquiring. (*2x individual sessions – one each – held across the same day). We also offer this program as a 1 or 2 day intensive – have the whole 6 sessions across one or two days – great for couples travelling to the Sunshine Coast to get their intensive done.
